Valid Foreign Address Proofs are as listed bellow:
- Photocopy of Resident Permit (or) I-card (or) PR if you are Permanent Resident
- Photocopy of PIO Card
- Photocopy of Foreign Driving License.
- Bank statement with one canceled cheque. (If you are submitting bank statement as a Foreign address proof make sure that your name and address are clearly visible on the statement. You should also have bank Logo on the statement (or) attestation of the bank employee along with bank seal.
- Photocopy of latest Electricity bill
- Photocopy of latest Telephone bill

In Belgium resident card or driving licence donot bear address
Electricity bill is generated once in a year
Bank statemnt are generated on line hence it is not on letter head
which other documents can be accepted as proof of foreign address proof
